This form is for Owner's of Chatham Towne homes who are renting out their residences. The HOA is requesting information in accordance with Administrative Resolution No. 2025-1, Rental of Dwelling, Tenant Contact Information, and Consent to Governing Documents.
Please provide a copy of the ACC Guidelines and the Resident Information documents to your Tenant. All documents are listed on our website under “Documents for Residents.”
Please encourage your Tenant to create an account on www.chathamtowne.org so they have access to community information and receive periodic HOA related emails.
